Flexibility: Online private lessons with deutschcoach.org allow you to book German lessons at a time that suits your schedule best.

Location: You don't have to get on the road to attend classes. You can attend from your home or a public place like your office or a café.

Comfort: You don't have to worry if you find it rather difficult to speak German in front of other learners. In private lessons, you are alone with your teacher.

Personalized learning: You can always ask specific questions directly to your teacher. We work fully according to your requirements. 

Efficiency: You will make much faster progress in the same amount of time in private lessons than in a group with other students.

That is no problem per se. Just contact me and let me know what times suit you best for the lessons. Together we can see if your request can be realized. 

Not an easy one to answer. It depends on the language and the individual's learning style and background. Generally, it takes several months to a year of consistent study to become proficient in a language. One of the biggest barriers is not studying and repeating regularly. Here, of course, it is an advantage if you have binding dates with online lessons. This way you can ensure steady progress.

In 2018, I completed the TTI Certificate Course in German as a Foreign Language in Southern Germany. This is the equivalent of the Cambridge CELTA certificate, the world's most recognized qualification for teaching English, which enjoys a corresponding reputation on the international market. Thanks to my background in art history and psychology, both of which also influence my work as a foreign language teacher, I am able to adapt to academic contexts at any time. 

At the moment, I offer only single lessons. Experience has shown that they offer a higher degree of flexibility, as clients only need to book the lessons they really need. However, if you wish to book multiple lessons, we can find a solution for that as well. Just contact me.

I understand that life can be unpredictable at times and that you may need to cancel a lesson on short notice. If this is the case, please notify me at least 12 hours before the lesson begins. If you cancel within 12 hours of the lesson start time, I may still have to charge you for the lesson. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for this. If you would like to reschedule the lesson, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Should I have to cancel a lesson from my side, there will be no costs for you, of course.  

Please use PayPal for payment. When you book a lesson, I will forward you the details you need.

You will be given your own Google Doc that we will work with during the lessons. We use it as a virtual whiteboard, but also as a notebook for your homework. At the end, you will have your individual collection of materials and an overview of everything you have learned.
